Clear communication, regular progress updates, and evidence-based reporting are essential to ensure exercise interventions remain effective, goal-focused, and aligned with participant needs. We provide transparent reporting and ongoing evaluation of exercise prescriptions to monitor outcomes, demonstrate progress, and support informed decision-making across the participant’s support team. All reporting is completed within the Exercise & Sports Science Australia (ESSA) Accredited Exercise Physiologist Scope of Practice and relevant professional, ethical, and legislative requirements, ensuring recommendations are evidence-based, clinically appropriate, and aligned with participant goals and funding requirements.

Non Face to Face Supports (NF2F)
Some services may occur outside of direct face-to-face appointments but remain essential to achieving participant goals and delivering safe, effective, and personalised care. Non-face-to-face supports are completed in accordance with current NDIS Pricing Arrangements and are only provided where directly related to the participant's care and agreed upon within the Service Agreement.

Provider Travel
As a mobile Exercise Physiology service, Bloom delivers support across Sydney in homes, schools, community settings, gyms, residential facilities, and other agreed locations.
Provider travel is charged in accordance with the current NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits. Travel charges, where applicable, will be discussed transparently and outlined within the Service Agreement before commencing services.
Funding & Service Charges
Bloom follows the current NDIS Pricing Schedule 2026-2027 to ensure transparent and compliant service delivery. As NDIS pricing is reviewed and updated annually by the NDIS, fees may be adjusted in accordance with these changes.

Exercise physiology services are categorised under Capacity Building, which are supports that enable a participant to build their independence and skills.
Accredited Exercise Physiologists (AEPs) can deliver supports within two categories:
Improved Health and Wellbeing – to promote and encourage improved physical capacity and health
Improved Daily Living Skills – to assist in the development or increase a participant’s skills and/or capacity for independence and community participation

Yes. Julia has over 4 years of experience working within the disability sector (Qualified through NDIS Worker Check), including supporting participants with complex and challenging behaviours, Autism Level 3, emotional regulation difficulties, and high support needs.
Sessions are adapted using proactive planning, flexibility, behavioural understanding, and participant-centred strategies to support safety, engagement, regulation, and positive outcomes.
